Worth the extra money over other drying racks!!!
Better than any other drying rack we’ve tried! I love that you can use one, or stack as many as you need. It’s also nice that you can lay out a sweater, then stack the next layer. They fold small enough to tuck away and keep out of site.

Works as expected
This is a good product, and I am pleased with the purchase. It is a little challenging to put together, and I had to take it entirely apart after it was put together because I missed a step, but it all worked out. Once it is assembled, it folds up nicely. The legs fold, and the whole thing folds in half to slide into a small space. My only complaint is that I intended to set it on top of the washer or dryer. It has nearly the exact dimensions as each of these, with about 1/4 inch leeway. So it slips off the side EXTREMELY easily. I would have rather it been about 1 inch less in dimension so that it did not slip off the appliance. This will not be an issue if someone has a folding area in their laundry. If not, you must be very careful not to touch it once you put your clothes on top. But it is a colossal help in drying sweaters and other fragile items. I would recommend it to a friend.

I love these!
I first bought 3 of these in May of 2022 (last year). I had accumulated enough clothing that needed to be flat while drying. I purchased 3 racks. I searched through a lot of the different drying racks that were available on Amazon and other sites looking for what would fit my needs, but was also sturdy enough to last a while. I picked this because I liked the design, it had good reviews and was large and stackable, but at the same time can be broken down easily to store between uses. By the way, if your rack is bending downward at the hinge when you set it up, you've got it upside down. That's a frequent complaint I saw. I've been using the first three since May of last year, and finally convinced my spouse to buy three more, lol. I have been using them as well as the originals, and there is no difference to me between the function or look. It is quick and easy to assemble and to break them down for storage. They're very lightweight. I love that I can stack them because it takes up so much less space. Perfect for most clothing to dry on. The only thing I can't dry on it is my silk pillowcases or things like dresses. **EDIT: I realized I can stack them differently and place them together to allow for more flexibility and drying space. See last picture added** But it still helps me a lot. I had initially worried a little about the price being more than others I researched, but it is 100% worth it to me. Update: it's now March of 2025. I've had 2 racks break pegs on the attaching corners, but I'm still able to use them, and just taped the joint to stay together. So, I have a total of 7 racks now (after my mom got me one for Christmas, too) and I use them weekly, sometimes daily. I've been extremely satisfied with my experience with them. If you aren't too rough with them, you can have them last a long time. And your delicates can, too!

Reliable Space Saving Sweater Drying Racks
I've had three of these racks for years and recently added two more since so many of my winter sweaters/tops require drying laid out rather than hung. I find that even heavier sweaters don't cause the netted portion to sag to where there is contact with another sweater below which is a great feature especially if you are drying light colored sweaters and reds or burgundies that may not be totally color fast. They fold for convenient storage in the off seasons but still will use a good corner space of a closet if you use several as I do. They can be bagged and hung in the closet as an alternative. I've used both methods over the years. I use mine in a spare bedroom, so I just leave them up during the winter since I always seem to have something drying on at least one. The stacking feature saves real estate since you use the same amount of space no matter how many you stack. I have already had sweaters on all five racks with no problem. The only issue that some may not care for is that it can be challenging to add sweaters to racks beneath other racks with sweaters already drying on them. I find it easier to simply lift the top ones off and lay out my sweater/sweaters and restack. The other way you are more apt to lay them out less neatly and it shows when they dry or else knock the upper rack off requiring repositioning the racks anyway and not as efficiently. Just pointing out that what may seem like the faster short-cut approach doesn't always work out well. I learned quick. Don't take this as a negative. It is SO simple to take a rack off and put it back on. For those who are very efficiency-minded - it really doesn't cost that much time. We're talking seconds. I absolutely love these racks.

Great for apartment living but prepare to replace often
I’ve had a love-hate relationship with these things for the last decade. The love part: efficient footprint for apartment dwelling. They fold up flat and stack! This has been key. They are actually big enough for most of my sweaters and I like mesh so much better for drying than metal rails. The hate part: quality and price. Inevitably the pegs at the corners break, no matter how gently you fold the legs - this causes the corner piece to fall out and the whole thing collapses. I’ve been so frustrated that every couple of years I have to spend $25 on $3 worth of material and a $1 of ingenuity that’s going to end up in a landfill because there aren’t any better foldable options. Doesn’t help my attitude that 10 years ago they didn’t were $10 cheaper! The rack has a front and a back which isn’t immediately obvious (you want the joint facing up), but the legs can fold out both ways so if you accidentally fold the legs out the wrong direction, the weight of your clothes will fold the rack in half.

I had shopped locally for a sweater drying frame but could not find one. It is quite effective in laying out my sweaters to dry and with the mesh the sweater dried quickly on both sides. No need to roll sweater in a towel and use a dry towel and turn it over. It is very portable and can fold up and slide into a narrow place for storage.

In the photos, I have 2 mens medium/large knitwear jumpers which the Oxo sweater drying rack can just about handle. If I were drying an Xl or larger, I think the size of the rack might struggle. It's of excellent build quality, which you expect from Oxo, and it's very handy that when you need to store it away, it packs down really small. That's one of the reasons I chose this, because I can store it so easily, it's perfect for someone living in a small space. Very easy to take out and assemble, however it was easier to assemble out of the box with two of us.

Big fan of these dryers. I have a lot of jumpers and tops that can’t be hung or they stretch out of shape. Previously I would need to find a flat surface and put a towel down which just added to the washing and wasn’t a fast process. Due to the good airflow and the fact they can be stacked I need less space and time for my clothes to dry now. Plus even if you can use a dryer for your clothes this is much cheaper and better for the environment. Highly recommend
