Just started this. Well see how the smell, quality effectiveness is. It's not for pain yet it is easy to swallow.

This formula is consistent and excellent for maintenance; however, I don’t notice a significant reversal of severe toxic encounters. I DO NOTICE protection from dark spots on my skin. The addition of artichoke is non-negotiable when using Milk Thistle for liver support as well as formulations with limited unnecessary additives. You can trust NOW brands.

Now has very good sylimarin extract products and has for two decades. My favorite brand is OregWildHarv, but NOW is more reliably available and very solid. If one uses things that tax the liver, good Sylamrin products do a great job of keeping the body, GI, and skin better. I spent twelve months exploring other products and have gone back to NOW and OWH.
