This book is everything You ever needed to know about meat. It has all types Of meat. How to pick what kind of meat you need for what your plans are. It's vynil book cover and all it's pages makes it nice in the kitchen. I really like the fact that it easily wipes clean after something spills on it. Great price with Great information !!! Although there is a lot of good information in this book when I saw this on the Rachael Ray Show I believe it was they actually had pictures of things to look for while there's very few pictures in this book there are some but not near what I expected it was going to be. I'm a little disappointed due to the fact that as I said on the show they were actually showing you what to look for and when you're reading it it's just not the same as actually seeing it.

I liked the book. It was easy to understand and small enough to put in my purse when I go to the grocery store. Around here, we normally don't have butchers to ask about meat products so it's nice to have a reference when buying a particular cut of meat.
