Works great, sounds great and looks great in our plant room.

Absolutely love this fountain! We had a small issue and contacted the company. They were very responsive and got us the part we needed quickly. The fountain provides soothing, calming sounds and visuals for our home.

It's a nice little water Fountain. No issues. No issues with noise, water flow no problem.

I bought this for a corner of my home office, where I also set up a growlight over a few house plants. I work long hours remotely and hoped for a calming effect. The fountain is on the floor among the plants and the visual and audible effect is fully as good as I hoped for. I adjusted the number of rocks in each level as well as the speed of the pump to get just what I wanted. We're going to get a second for a seating area outside. And, in setting it up. I reached out to their customer support and they were terrific.

Where to begin.1) main problem the tube that attaches to the pump is to short and doesn't reach the bottom. Leaving over almost 3 inches from the bottom.In other words I have to fill the fountain up till it is leaking out the back - to barely have the pump in the water and still some black is out of the water.The tube is to short and there is no way I can connect another longer tube because I can't reach my hand all the way up in there.This alone is a deal breaker.The pump can't attach to the bottom. So it just floats around. Making noise that is louder then the water effect.Then come to look at all the pots. I can see light between the 2 pots and it has a hole in it going to the inside of the fountain. Hard to explain but took a picture - not a deal breaker but just a note.So long story short. If you want a fountain that if it loses 1 cm of water the pump is exposed. And then fry. This is the unit for you.I was looking for something for inside to set and forget a while. With temps in the house around 68 all day and have a humidifier in the house. I was hoping that I didn't have to fill / check this fountain twice a day and add water to it.If the tube and the pump would actually hit the bottom of the fountain. These problems would be all gone because that will give the pump almost 2 inches of water above it and it would be a once a week add water. Instead of twice a day.Good luck with this fountain if you buy it. For me the saying goes - you get what you pay for 😂👍

I bought this it said open box , but that it was inspected and everything functions as if it was new,Sadly it was not up to par at all! It was a returned damaged fountain, the stones were loose and placed inside the fountain, the back left bottom side and corner was cracked and pieces broken off , moldy water inside, there was annoying tiny styrofoam peices ALL FREAKING OVER INSIDE THE ENTIRE THING little tiny styrofoam that sticks to anything it contacts! I had to rinse the entire thing out, pick out all the pieces, then scrub the mold out and then I had to order quick set waterproof silicone caulking which cost me an additional nine bucks! So this lightly discounted fountain ended up costing me more than a brand new one! If it was new it would have been perfect! But after patching it up with silicone it works perfectly and I’m very much enjoying it! You’ll have to watch the water level every day and reposition the pump because the suction cups on the bottom of pump come loose and the pump pops out of the water and gets loud and can damage the pump that way, I have to add water every day due to evaporation, I highly suggest putting a few drops of bleach or vinegar, or lugols iodine into the water to keep it from getting bacteria in it even though it’s running it still can grow bacteria in some areas, Also when you unplug it/turn it off , you’ll HAVE To use a cup to catch the water coming down the fountain so it doesn’t go back into the inside reservoir because it can overflow off your forgotten how much water you’ve placed when topping it up LOl, btw this is made of a thinner resin, pretty and perfect height but not what I wanted tbh, but we’re enjoying it regardless now

I like the look of the fountain , very attractive. The birds in my courtyard love it . Very easy to handle and assemble. Took all of five minutes to set up . I did notice the water sound is not very bold , I was looking for a bold water . trickling / fountain sound but it is a small fountain so my guess is that is to be expected. I have been trying different settings on the pump and trying to place stones to help with water trickling sound but I have not had a great success in that department. Overall it’s a very nice fountain for the price and if you are someone that does not wish to have a bold water sound then this fountain is probably what your looking for . Update , I placed my fountain in my bird bath bowl and that seemed to help the fountain be more audible. The bird bath bowl is also filled with water and that may help with keeping the pump covered with water .
