I bought a cable connector to use my Bose headphones with various tablets and my phone, especially for Zoom. What I did not realize was that I needed more than a cable connection, I needed a cable WITH a microphone so that I could not only hear but also communicate vocally. I was doubtful that this would work, but to my surprise it not only worked perfectly but ALSO had better sound quality than the regular cable I originally bought.
