Replacement for Acura Honda Mazda Xenon HID Ballast Headlight Control Unit Assembly Module - Warranty

I've installed 2 of these on our Acura TL-S 2003 in May 2019. 4.5 years later and both running without a glitch since( paired with Philips D2R Standard Authentic Xenon HID Headlight bulbs ). Our car's lights output have been as powerful as new if not better. Very pleased with quality and reliability. When installing, try to do the best to minimize the exposure to water directly hitting or standing on/under them and you'll enjoy them longer...

The driver's side light on my 2003 Acura TL would sometimes come on when the car was first started, but then would not come on if I turned the lights off and then back on a few minutes later. I replaced the bulb, and that did not fix it, so after doing research, I determined that the easiest fix was to replace both the ballast and inverter, as it was definitely one or the other, and after going through the trouble to remove the bumper and headlight assembly, may as well replace both in the process. Ordered and installed this about a year ago an it has been consistently nice and bright and hasn’t flickered, fits nice, it is easy to install although getting to it is ridiculous. You literally have to remove the bumper to pull out the whole headlight assembly to access this. Other than that it great for price and the price is fantastic. I definitely recommend!

Ordered these about a year ago. Was the right part and fit great in my 05 Acura TL. Recently my lights stopped working again. Their customer service helped me to diagnose the issue and were going to replace them under warranty if needed. Turns out the ballasts were fine, it was the cheap bulbs I purchased to go with them that had died so quick.

In October of 2023 I bought and installed two ballasts and two ignitiers after one of my OEM units failed. I was recommended this brand by someone who os also using then on their TSX but he rarely drives at night. My TSX also isn't driven as much as I have 3 other cars but recently I started driving the TSX daily and unfortunately tonight the passenger light went out. The bulbs are new authentic Osram CBIs and the lights didn't experience any flicker or color change prior to it going out. Really disappointed that I have to not only spend more money but also remove the bumper and headlight once again because of cheap, inferior products like this can't be reliable.

This replacement ballast seems to be good quality but will require removal of front bumper to install and does not include new gasket, must use gasket from old ballast or try silicone.

Here's the process: 1) remove bumper; look it up on YouTube, even those who are not mechanically-incline can do it A partner really helps. 2) Remove headlight assembly which requires removal five 10mm bolts. Slips right out. 3) Remove old ballast which is attached to bottom of headlight assembly, held with 3 screws 4) Install new ballast with the 3 screws. 5) Replace headlight assembly 6) Replace bumper Done! The headlights on my 2003 Acura TL now work like new. Auto mechanic wanted $300 for the ballast alone. And he was not offering a 6 YEAR warranty. Better product at one-fifth the cost! Can't beat that!

Instead on an Acura TL headlight. Works perfectly fine. Seems to be a good quality product.

Bought this Mess for my 04 tsx it didn't work. Don't waste yuh time go to a real parts store or warehouse and get your parts from there so you can be sure you're getting quality. These overseas ppl don't test their products and tell you anything to want to hear.
