No change yet hopefully soon still taking my pills.

I stop for a while, I think it’s not quite compatible for my face, my acne are getting multiply.

So far so good, i drink this supplement and use some skin care products. My skin got clear now after a few months. But the package was old and seems like it was a long time, i deduct 1 star.

I got this for my young adult son and after a week of consistent use, his current breakouts and redness cleared up and he has had no new breakouts, which is highly unusual. Wish we had known about this during his teen years. Highly recommend to those whose breakouts never seem to stop coming. Of course your mileage may vary but it’s inexpensive enough to give it a try, in my opinion.

Effective supplement for skin support. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. After regular use, my skin looks clearer and less irritated. Trusted brand and good value.

I have adult acne and wanted to try something other than doxycycline or spironolactone. So this does work. I have been taking it for 5 days and already see my pores are better and my face clearer. However. It does cause nausea. My advice take it on a full stomach it helps. And it's very affordable.

I have been taking this for a week now. I do see there is less new acne, even after the hotpot which usually got me tons of new pimples. Will continue to take to see if that would me a long term solution for me. Also, I like how it also contains other supplements so it's a great one pill for all for me. Wish they could included some iron too to neutralize the zinc. I will update my review after finishing this bottle

I’m not sure about this. I love the formulation and I had high hopes but it broke me out in deep juicy painful zits the worst I’ve ever had, and I had terrible cystic acne all through college. They also took forever to clear up and heal and left scars, which I don’t normally get. I cleared it with Avene gentle benzoyl peroxide. Now, I take half dose every few days.
