Needed a large enough tray and wire rack to dry out and cure large salmon filets - the size you get in Costco and other big box stores. This does the job perfectly. I like that this came as a set of 2 - I use the second set to put pressure on the salmon resting on the first set. Sturdy, stainless steel, easy to clean, does not hold on to salmon odors, goes straight from the fridge to the smoker, and then from the smoker to the table - looks fantastic.

I bought these not really knowing what I was getting, let's just say I was shocked at how thick these were and not flimsy at all! They wash well even in the dishwasher! I would buy these again, and will recommend them if you're looking for affordable and durable bakeware!!! :)

About almost an inch deep.Fit my new smart airfryer Cosori oven CS100 and CS130-A0 (CS100Oven fits 12" pizza, narrowest interior width 12.75)Works as carrying tray: sixteen 4 oz yogurt jars (64 oz total)I put it in an preheat toaster oven on airfry function at 400°F for 20 min and turn 180° in between. It didn't wrap, because the fat dripping from bacon distribute the heat evenly. I saw people with twisting pan because there is a small piece of food, cold I assume, in the middle of the pan, I wonder if the entire pan is filled with food and/or if the sheet is placed in the middle position, not too close to the heating elements, would that help with the issue? Or may be switch to black cast iron, it won't ever twisted haha. I haven't tried broil or toast dry stuff yet, will update later with cookies or roast duck.I soaked it in soapy water for a day or two, and sticky, dry bake stuff came right off. Unlike my nonstick, they haven't rusted either.Affordable 4 piece at $20.70, so $5 each.What I don't like:It's beautiful mirror finish but also easily scratched, no matter how gentle and careful you use and clean. I prefer brush finish.Updated: It will warp a little bit when BROILING (not warp on air fry or bake but will on broil function) meat on rack in the pan, due to not enough meat drippings to distribute heat unevenly. To fix this, I fill the pan with just enough water to cover the bottom, then grill the meat on rack, but then meat will be more like steamed broiled. I wonder if corrugated design would be any better?

I read reviews for soooo many baking pans looking for ones that don’t warp but I didn’t see any product where people weren’t complaining about warping, so I settled on this pair. It came well packed and in perfect condition. Shiny as everyone describes. And I finally used them for the first time today and both warped within minutes of being placed in my preheated 400 degree oven. But I expected it so it was fine. I always line with parchment paper (it is the best and I hope everyone does this) so I didn’t need to scrub it clean so I won’t know how this fares under regular cooking conditions. And I also don’t know if I’ll be so nonplussed about the warping if I’m using it with the rack and have bacon on it. But we shall see. Maybe it doesn’t warp if the oven is 375? When I try it, I’ll update this review. But so far, I like them and don’t have any regrets about buying these baking pans.

These are so great for prepping and cooking in the air fryer. Clean well in the dishwasher

These are attractive and sturdy, and will get a lot of use in my kitchen.

Bought these on the heels of my half sheet pans to replace aluminum cooking tools (transitioning to low-tox). Hubs likes the pan and rack configuration for prepping food, especially for grilling, and these are handy for use in the countertop convection oven, which we use more than the full size oven. Since these are smaller they don’t seem to warp under heat the way the half sheet ones do (you can hear the “pop” in the oven). Easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. A decent buy.

El producto está muy buen fabricado, la reja esta muy bien soldado muy resistente los materiales. En la base tiene muy buen espesor por lo que no se pandea o se dobla cuando tiene un objeto encima y tampoco a temperatura alta se deforma, lo mismo sucede con la reja. Además de que es muy fácil de lavar no se queda pegado la grasa o lo que se llegue a caer de los alimentos

These baking trays work well for meat, french fries etc. as well as cookies. The wire tray serves as a cooling rack underneath the pan or on top of the pan for baking or grilling. It's really strong, sturdy and doesn't buckle under high heat.I refer the shiny trays for cookies. The dark ones make the undersides of the cookies dark while the tops are light golden. I used to put aluminum foil on the underside of the dark, non-stick cookie trays to avoid that. This cookie tray makes perfect cookies with both sides the same colour. It washes easily as not much sticks to it, but I don't suggest the dishwasher as it will discolour the beautiful mirror-like sheen. Just soak if necessary in warm water with a small squirt of dishwashing liquid for a while and anything baked-on will come off. Then use a gentle nylon scrubbie to remove anything else. The Dawn or Palmolive spray-on dish cleaner works wonders as well, but I usually find a bit of soaking is all that's necessary and only for baked on meat or sticky sauce. Cookies don't leave anything much.So I recommend these baking trays - best quality I've ever had.
