Manufacturing defect.. small in size and stitched all wrong

It's stiched all wrong. Short and with two openings. It is barely 15 inches in width and does not cover the body at all. Obvioiously a defective product with manufacturing defect. As you can see from the photo, the grey one is the regular size, the red one is half the usual size
