These pack are great to have in the freezer for times when you need a quick ice pack. They seem to hold the cold quite well.

Best ice pack ever!
I've used many ice packs for sports injuries the past 40+ years. This is the absolute best of them. It molds great to my bodies contours. It holds the cold for a long time and is ready to go in a shorter time than others when put back in the freezer.

Nice quality and works great
The straps that come with the pack are great to have. The material used will hold up very nicely. I bought this one to have a second one. It also is great to use under a back brace and if the Velcro on the back brace doesn’t hold well these straps will. With the cold pack and the straps in addition to my back brace it is a great combination. I highly recommend this product.

👍 Fits a big knee!
My knee is 20 inches in circumference and this Hot/Cold Gel Ice Pack with the 5x10 Straps fits about 3/4 around my knee, which is plenty. It does stay cold for quite a while, at least 10 minutes and a lot more if I wanted to freeze my knees. The straps come in real handy, much handier than I anticipated. This works for me and me knee. 👍
