Great prenatal love the ingredients and feel like I get everything my baby needs

It has real folate not folic acid… folic acid is a fake lab replacement for folate and is not digestible by 40% of the population. Folic acid is also connected to post pardom depression and a bunch of other negative outcomes. Seriously if you don’t buy this supplement make sure you buy one that has folate and not folic acid!!! Highly recommend for anyone that is pregnant or expecting.

This sort of folate is so important. I was not told till half way thru pregnancy. Now bc of a genetic disorder MTHFR. Makes women not absorb folic acid and need folate whichis natural B9. Wish I knew maybe it would saved us from neuro issues for babies. Its sad but thankful for products like this. Also some need folate thats not methylated as sometimes methylated can cause issues like anxiety. So this product will keep away anxiety issues as it doesn't contain methylated forms of B vitamins!

This brand of supplements is one of my favorite due to the quality of everything we have tried through the company. We of course have the genetic variant and supplements are important to us. My daughter found out she was pregnant so I purchased these and had them delivered to her. She’s doing great with them!

I really like that the daily dose is only 6 vs. 8. The previous version of these vitamins required 8 pills a day. I also love that it contains really bio-available ingredients for superior absorption!

Scam. Zero stars. You need to take 6 of these to equal 1 actual prenatal vitamin. -the serving size is 6 tablets daily!!! I feel bad for pregnant women who are told to take a daily prenatal vitamin and but this accidentally, not realizing they have to take 6 tablets a day. -no iron Scam

I did not like these as much as the regular optimal prenatal. I like this brand a lot just not the product for me.

I love this prenatal vitamin. Really a great value for the product quality.
