This is one of the best front panner rack they should sell for 30 pounds not cheap price I would recommend this to any body

Although the installation instruction are wholly inadequate it's not to bad to fit.

I bought this because I damaged the rear wheel of my bike because I carry quite a heavy weight two and from work each day. This allows me to have panniers on the front as well as the back and i Can bungee things on to the shelf as well. It was easy to fit in principle. The only downside is that the brackets aren’t adjustable and my bike frame was too narrow. I’ve added some rubber to the insides of the brackets to pad them out and it works a treat. If you’re going to hang panniers at the front, you need to distribute the weight evenly between the two and get used to the affect on the handling, but that doesn’t take long.

Doesn't fit, parts missing and damages frame. Cheap mass produced and unfair for purpose

We used the pannier to fit a crate on top and use it as a dog/shopping basket but. Having bought and tried several so bike-basketsfor dogs and found them utterly unsuitable we built our own with a help of this pannier. It worked a treat, used it on our last holiday and our dog loved it. Sturdy and quality made, very easy to fit... Highly recommended it !!

The brakes prevented the bracket being fitted. Had to pay to get someone to fit it by bending the bracket round the brakes. Really good now it's on though, very sturdy, so worth the hassle.
