I absolutely adore this serrated sandwich spreader, it the 2nd one I have purchased. We kkp Kosher so I bought this one for our dairy side of the kitchen. These knives spread perfectly and then cut with an amazing serrated edge. No need to dirty 2 knives anymore when you have this all in one sandwich making tool!

Really like the fact that it has a serrated edge because I use it to spread mayonnaise and then slice the sandwich. Couple of things that are a bit off. The handle is a little small for my hands. Would like it bigger. My previous one had a handle at least twice as large. The blade doesn't cut straight. The serrated teeth are on one side and when I cut my sandwich the cut ends up curved. I wonder if the handle was bigger it would twist less in my hand and cut straight. Not a big deal because I am just eating the sandwich but still haven't cut it straight.

After the first wash in the dishwasher, I see rust dots on it. Very disappointed.

de taille raisonnable, la lame est bien large pour tartiner, solide et coupante. Au départ, je voulais acheter un couteau à beurre muni de trous pour un étalement plus facile, mais tous ceux que j'ai regardés comportaient des commentaires les classant dans la catégorie de "gadgets peu solides", ou bien "trop petits", ce qui fait que, au final j'ai choisi celui-ci, et j'en suis pleinement satisfaite, donc il fait très bien l'affaire, avec sa lame solidement fixée et je le recommande (ce n'est pas un gadget). Par contre, faire attention, il est bien précisé que la lame est coupante.

Belle poignée ergonomique. La lame coupe très bien mais elle est vraiment très large, ce qui la rend très peu maniable.

it's been my experience Zyliss kitchen tools last *forever* & this one is no different; even though I've only had it for a few days it's already performing its job well, I can feel it's built to last. I bought this particular item to get my cat's wet food out of the can without leaving pieces of itself (as silicone products do), or the [expensive!] food inside the vessel. the flexible blade is perfect for reaching under the rims & depositing contents into an airtight container, without scratching it, for storage in refrigerator.
