This funnel is the perfect size for most of what I'll be using it for. I have a canning funnel but it doesn't work with smaller openings. I ordered this funnel to strain oil from the deep fryer. I was going to buy cheesecloth for fine particle straining, but when I saw this funnel with a mesh strainer, it fit both needs. It is super-fine, and takes awhile to strain oil, but it definitely works. There is a small metal strainer that fits in the bottom of the stainless one. It can be removed for fasting filling if you don't need to strain your liquids.

I bought this one and another with 4 filters. This kit came with a metal strainer incert which was good when the oil was still hot and it still did a real good job. When the oil cooled down to room temperature, I used the filter with the funnel to put it back in the original container.I like this kit with it's metal strainer incert and funnel brush for cleaning. Just wish it had a couple extra filters. But with getting the other kit too, the extra funnel was handy.

This funnel is a lot smaller then I thought it would be. I managed to use it as I needed it .

This is great for juicing and it keeps the fine juice pulp out of your bottles when using for juicing. It’s a great design and easy to clean and a great size. This product Is economical value for the money you pay for it.
