I was skeptical about the "noise cancelling" claim. So I was pleasantly surprised when I put it in my ear and heard no background white noise from it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Work for a while then quit

I have moderate hearing loss and I have been trying several of the hearing amplifiers being sold on Amazon looking for the perfect one. Of all the ones that I have tried, this one is the absolute worst. Notice I mentioned "one", because you only get one - not two (for both ears) like you get with other hearing devices being sold. Even fully charged, the full volume is barely louder than sounds in the room and was useless. And no matter what I did (adjust volume, use different ear domes, etc.), the horrible whistling/feedback sound would not go away. It was not worth my time and trouble to send it back - I just threw it in the garbage can. And that's what this hearing amplifier is - garbage.

Good quality hearing amplifier. Rechargeable battery is convenient and the charge lasts for the advertised time. Sound quality is good at approximately midrange volume or lowering. Any higher and sound begins to clip and you get distortion at the upper range. Very usable for every day situations though Comes. Be sure to use for at least a week to give your ears time to acclimate. Comes with all the necessary accessories needed and also a handy little magnifying lens to help older users read the included instructions booklet. Overall very recommended!

Best hearing aid in budget. Sound quality is great. Charge last for about 16hours.very satisfied.

When we received these put them on charge. After the suggested hours of charge, noticed one (1) wasn't charging and when he placed the other in his ear it started making a loud noise. He took it out tried putting back in charger again. To cut the story the one wouldn't charge and the other still make the loud high pitch noise. We read all instructions nothing helped. Not worth the money. Asurion Protection Plan ended up handling he return, as I tried 4 different ways to communicate with manufacturer but to no avail. Asurion handled very fast, very professional, understood. I would recommend using Asurion Protection on any item.

Delivered 27 of dec 2020 not working at all now feb 20. 2021. Tried charging until green light came on an no sound. Tried adjusting volume to max and still nothing. Worked well when it did. Now I have to get another, not this one.
