The Wizard of Oz: Piano Arrangements (Big Note Piano)

Other people's reviews helped make my decision, and I echo what they said - I'm an okay pianist, and these are really nice arrangements. I can play them and the sound is good.

I like this musical arrangement. It is easy to play and I like all the familiar songs. I would recommend it for beginner and early intermediate pianists who just want to play for fun!

Some of the songs were a bit too hard for my granddaughter but it's a very nice book.

I was hoping for a more advanced version in the original key (Ab.) This is in the key of 'C.' That's why I only gave it three stars. Otherwise this is a pretty good version.

All in all, exactly what I expected. The only negative is that the "follow the yellow brick road" song is missing. I am still glad to have purchased it. It's great for what I need it for.

Great condition, bought it because I always wanted to learn to play Over the rainbow and other famous songs that people perform on TV or anywhere else.

Good fun.

The item was for my dad as this movie is one of his favorites. He has trouble reading smaller print and he seems to like this item.

I purchased this book for my daughter who is just about to take her grade four piano, she loves it and plays all the pieces.The book has nine pieces in from the film including our favourite munchkin land. It's well laid out, easy to read with a few pages of black and White photos from the film at the start. Lovely being able to sing along to the pieces too.Well recommended to any budding pianist, young or old.

I needed some of the songs from this book, to accompany the PTA panto of Wizard of Oz at my son's school. I am a good musician (woodwinds) but not a particularly great pianist (gained grade v about thirty years ago but never had any great aptitude for the instrument!). I found the arrangements quite playable and generally they sounded good too: sometimes simplified arrangements can just sound wrong, but these did the job. I used 'Somewhere over the rainbow', 'Ding dong the witch is dead', 'If I only had a brain' and 'We're off to see the wizard/Follow the yellow brick road'.

Doesn't have full songs (eg: with introductions, etc). Limited number of songs but good value for money. Easy to play, but some of the songs have key changed to accommodate this.

I bought this as I work at a school and it is for a production for later on in the year. I am of average ability when playing the piano and I found this easy enough to read and play, but not too easy!

This item was brilliant and as described I didn't have long to wait and it was just what I wanted. It is now being used with school children. Thank you for making this happen.
