Kitchen & LoveWild Caught Tuna with Quinoa & Chickpeas in Olive Oil, 6 oz (Pack of 8)

These are great. I've been ordering them for 2,3 months now since my uncle told me about them. My only complaint is that twice now, my last two orders, I ordered the quinoa mix but received the four bean medley. I did want to try another variety but, obviously, I'd like to receive what I ordered.

I ate one can for lunch after finding it at fresh market, immediately came on and ordered a case. I have a big appetite, I work out and just need some extra calzzzz, and these fill me up for an in between lunch and dinner “snack” that has a lot of protein - both flavors are yummy

During the pandemic, my colleagues and I each go to our cars to eat our lunches, to avoid sharing any microwave or kitchen equipment. Usually I prepare a lunch in the morning before I leave the house, but on the mornings that I am running late, I need grab-and-go food options that don’t require prep later or re-heating.When I saw the listing for this, and the positive reviews, I took a chance and ordered it. I was not disappointed.This tasted good at room temperature, right out of the can. The flavor of the chickpea/quinoa variety is really delicious. The turmeric and other spices lend a bit of Indian-food flavor to it, which I really enjoyed.When it comes to value for money, each can is 6oz., and is a little over twice the cost of a plain 5oz. can of tuna from Trader Joe’s, but the flavor of the seasonings, and the added protein of the chickpeas, lentils and quinoa, mean I don’t need to add anything to the tuna to make it into a meal, (nor do I have to drain it); each 6oz can is full right up to the top.I came back to order more, and to try the other flavor, and thought I’d share a review with others who are considering whether to try this product.

I was looking for an alternative to my favorite can tuna insalate, and Amazon recommended this to me. I love the turmeric and herby taste. It kind of reminds me of curry.The only thing I did not like is that it was dry.

Am in love with this tuna meal. The tuna is wild caught ( these days I only eat wild caught fish) what better additions than quinoa, lentils and chick peas. A complete protein packed meal. Lightly seasoned with a slight middle eastern twist. And for me to top it all, it's gluten free. This one is a real winner. Love the fact that they come packaged in 8 individual cans. Hopefully Amazon will keep their price stable on this or possibly lower the price. A terrific meal for on the go and an unbelievable meal if one is gluten free and needs to eat "in a pinch". A wonderful meal to keep a couple of cans in your car or large carry-all. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Kitchen and Love, thank you Amazon. Their other products are delicious as well.

This product really tastes amazing! It comes in a medium size container but is packed solid with beans, tuna and lots of flavor. For a great way to curb your hunger, and eat something with a lot of protein, try this, you won’t be sorry!

But it is quick, convenient and very healthy.I’m not sure it’s worth the $20 plus price tag, but if you eat on the run a lot, this might be a good meal for you.Just open and put on a plate!

This product is amazing! Tasty straight from the can! Next can, I will try warmed. I like that it's shelf stable for about 2 years. Nutrition with no fuss or mess. I will definitely order again.
