Q: Is all of Omega-3 in phospholipid form, or is it in triglyceride form and and phospholipid is simply added?

No. This is a blend of regular re-esterified triglyceride fish oil concentrate and herring roe extract, and it doesn’t say how much of each, nor how much omega-3 from each as they are two separate ingredients. Most of the omega-3 in this will be from the fish oil, and the phospholipids from the herring roe aren’t attached to them. Total rip-off just because Nordic Naturals doesn’t or doesn’t want to sell krill oil.

Q: How is this superior to krill? Is it more cost effective?

It’s not because it is simply fish oil 90% triglycerides, with added unattached phospholipids extracted from herring roe. Krill oil has 40% or more of its omega 3’s attached to phospholipids, this has none.
