When I received the item it was wet on the inside..

Doesn't keep hot for more than 3 hours
After 3 hours the hotness level decreases.in 5 hours it's like lower than lukewarm.not ideal,good to use within 2,3 hours only

Doesn’t last long to hold temperature.
Doesn’t retain hotness nor coldness of the beverage you put inside. 1-3 hrs max as per our experience😔 Not worth buying! Our Thermos and Tramontina brands retains heat and cold way better than this. I guess you get what you paid for a cheaper brand and price😒
