Hello, I received this product and from the first problems. I had pumped up the pool and filled it and it was ok for about 2 days. On the 3rd day I had seen that the entire bottom inflatable ring was flat. I tried to pump it again and within a few hours it was deflated. About a week and a half later, I removed all the water and noticed that where the pump valve is, it was obviously a bad product as air was coming from the "seams". I tried to patch it up with inflatable pool puncture stickers but as it was on the seams the air still came through. I continued to use it with out the bottom rim and a couple weeks after that the other 2 rims (which use the same pump valve) are now also deflated however if there is a puncture I cannot find it. I have tried all methods by pumping it and spraying liquid to find bubbles but after 4 hours of searching have given up. I would believe this product should have some guarantee. On the packaging it said it could last up to 36 months if I remember correctly. This product was delivered on the 16th May 2020. It barely even lasted a month and a half. Hoping this can be resolved at the earliest. You can collect the defect and replace it with a new one. Hope to hear from you soon, Charlene

Great size pool but only had three weeks and it has split on the bottom seam so bottom layer is flat. Manufacturing defect maybe??

Item arrived with 2 unknown black spots on the bottom of the pool and on the seat section. Also, there was a small cut on the side and I had to patch it up in order to use it. The patch didn’t last long and the pool deflated when it was filled with water and the water poured out everywhere.

For the price you get a very nice fun pool. I imagine children would love this, but This review is aimed at Adults wanting this pool as a lounging pool. Things to be aware of; 1.) There is no padding on the bottom of the pool so it is hard. I wear water shoes makes it so much softer and nicer on the feet. 2.) The vinyl is very thin—pool toy quality. Under inflate it to avoid ruptures. 3.) The tubes offer No support to help you get up, in and out of pool, if your old like me 😂 using a camp chair next to pool is very helpful. 4.) a king size fitted sheet works very well to cover the pool to keep out leaves and debris. — a little difficult to get on by yourself. 5.) have a flat surface, and use a mat to protect the bottom. 6.) Set the pool up in a shaded area if at all possible. Do not fully inflate— especially if the pool gets sunlight. Hot air expands and you will blow a seam. 7.) I filled the pool to about 4-6” above the bench. It was great. Only problem the bottom is very hard and not comfortable at all. Luckily the bench seat and backrest are fabulous. This pool is big enough for a large river tube to fit inside. I find myself lounging in the river tube more than sitting on the bench. Only because it’s difficult for me to get down and back up from the seat. (I’m in my late 60’s with arthritis in my knees. ) If you keep the tubes a little under inflated so they are soft you should have no problems with leaks — seams ripping etc. even my 2 small dogs can jump in and out with no worries of punctures. I recommend this pool. 👍

Me impresioné esta alberca, muy amplia y con la calidad excepcional de Intex, de hecho la compre para mis sobrinos y ponerla en la terraza, porque pensé que como en muchas publicaciones engañosas pues se ve enorme y en realidad es pequeña, pero NO la alberca es ENORME y si caben fácilmente tres adultos, de verdad es una hermosura esta alberca, resistente y con una profundidad que te tapa por mucho el cuerpo acostado, además de una muy cómoda zona para sentarte y tomarte tus bebidas mientras te bronceas, la inflamos con una bomba Intex que también adquirimos aquí en amazon. no me arrepiento de esta compra. Si hay en existencia tómala porque se agotan rápidamente, yo tuve que esperar para poderla comprar porque no alcanzaba!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe schon 2 Ersatz gekauft. Nach 3 Jahren lässt er Luft, aber dies liegt nicht am Material, sondern sicherlich unsererseits, da der Untergrund dieses Jahr nicht so perfekt war. Fürs nächstes Jahr sind Pool Platten geplant.

Very Big pool 2 adults and 2 kids can enjoy easily.

The quality is superb.. big enough for the kids and elders as well. A must have pool for your backyard or anywhere for your personal use. Wish it came with an air pump.. delivered on time without any damages. Worth recommending
