Dr. Clark Betaine HCL Supplement with Pepsin, 800mg, 100 Gelatin Capsules

Great for digestion and to be taken with meals. It also assists the body in the removal of the toxic solvent isopropyl alcohol, possibly any derivatives as well. Per my other reviews: given their history and what the company was founded upon, I found this brand to be a much safer and healthier option for vitamins / herbs. The VeriGMP stamp in addition to not using these toxic fillers (like 99% of other companies do) is why I swapped over to this brand. From my understanding these are also tested for contaminants. I encourage everyone to do their research beforehand. Majority of other vitamin companies are not to be trusted. The proof is the various fillers (many) which can be found on the back of the bottle. Also the other contaminants and metals that are most likely in there. I have been using this brand (ordering from both their site and amazon) and haven’t looked back. Prices are good but more importantly the quality can be trusted.

Great product ,i take for low stomach acid .its a little weaker than other brands, but i get no headache ,or reactions i got from other brands , it is pure and helps breakdown food ,and nutrients . i take 2 pills 10 minutes before a meal you can feel the heat in your stomach , i have seen my body heal beacuse its absorbing the nutrients , my hair is thicker , and fuller , my collagen is fuller (zinc and copper helped but need stomach acid to abosrb them) . sleep is deeper , as long as your eating or getting the correct nutrients to heal this will help break them down for absorption . i highly recomend getting this product .

This came as expected. I tried it 2 times. The 2nd day that I took 1 capsule with a submarine sandwich my throat became irritated; my uvula was inflamed and drooped down my throat. It prevented me from sleeping for 1 day. Potent Betaine HCL can inflame some peoples throats. I want to give a heads up to start with the 1/2 strength bottle not this one. I'm going to stick with the 1st brand I tried (Natural Factors.) I'm sure this is a great HCL capsule for most people though and I'm not here to direct you to another brand.

These supplement is gentle on the stomach but strong enough to support digestion and alleviate pain and discomfort from eating heavy or greasy foods. I have been taking it with my food twice a day and immediately notice when I miss a dose.

I have taken this digestive enzyme before and it definitely aids with digestion, especially if eating a heavier meal.

I suffer from low stomach acid during certain parts of my cycle and have been reliant on hcl supplements for years. I was suffering from joint pain which I narrowed down to magnesium stereate and I cannot digest vegetarian capsules so this product is a lifesaver. Works like a charm, just make sure to take towards the beginning of a meal or it can cause heartburn.

I use this product with large meals. I use it along with apple cider vinegar and freah grated ginger and lemon in hot water rotating between the three methods. I think it really supports good digestion. I have a hiatus hernia, IBS, along with a poor gut microbiome so having incorporated the HCL before meals with good fresh quality foods and small meals spaced out a minimum of 4 hours my digestion is slowly improving.
