This board is great quality! W concave making it sturdy enough to bomb hills. I am most definitely going to be changing out the bearings / wheels / trucks. However the board itself is 100% worth the price. If these were a more popular skateboard brand, could probably sell for around $300 anyways with nicer trucks/ wheels. Not to say these wheels don't work, but the board could be faster. Shipping was very fast.

I bought this board for casual use and it adds a lot of fun to my dog-walking activity. So pushing around on a flat surface for approximately 5 miles a day. I love everything about the design. For me, the board has a perfect weight, nice flex, smooth ride, and overall excellent performance, but after only two weeks of riding the deck developed several long cracks. Given I am 210lbs, but I only use it to go straight on a flat surface of Illinois flatlands. Rolling down a small hill at approximately 10 mph was the craziest thing I did on this board. Very sad, because if not for the aforementioned flaws this is a really great board. Given the amount of 5-star reviews I am willing to give it a benefit of a doubt, maybe I got a lemon. Update: I've reached out to Magnetostore and within minutes got a response. They requested some pictures of the damage and got back to me the next day saying that the replacement board is being shipped the same day. The replacement board arrived by FedEx in less than a week, even though I've only asked for the deck to be replaced Magnetostore sent me the entire new board. Given the speed and quality of the customer service I've received, I believe a 5-star review is in order.

I wanted to wait before I made a review on this board....or as thoroughly as I could, and since it's been a few months, I think it's about time to do a review. Okay. This board was my first downhill board. I've rode it not only down a few hills, but also to commute back and forth when I was working. At first, I thought that the mixture of bamboo, carbon fiber, and fiberglass made the board too flexy for me, but after not riding it for a few months, their wasn't as much flex as I thought. There is flex, but because of the mixture of carbon fiber and fiberglass counteracting it, it oddly makes it perfect to bomb down hills and do some deep carving. I compared it with the arbor longboard and love riding the Magneto Longboard more because of the W concave and how it's helped me feel where my feet are on the board and how to keep my balance when pushing, how I don't have to move my feet that much, and how perfect the distance between the trucks and my feet were [I don't like having my feet under the trucks. It makes it very unstable and uncomfortable when I'm riding and pushing.] I had to change the trucks and wheels to Caliber 44 degree trucks and shark wheels since they trucks were too high to my liking, and since where I live, it rains and has a lot of roads that have small rocks dirt and stuff, I wanted to be more safe and the road [as safe as I can be anyway]. To anyone who wants to buy the magneto board, I would say buy it. You can still ride it down hills with or without changing the set up, but if you really want to rip down hills and not worry about speed wobbles, then you might need to either change the hardware or change the bushings to riptide or venom bushings. All in all, awesome longboard and I would buy it again if I needed to buy another one.
