After 3 weeks of use, the D ring came off as I was walking my 12 week puppy by the river. Luckily I caught her before she ran off or saw another dog. No way to contact seller directly that I can see? I don’t want to send back at my own cost for a defective product.On the back of this review, I was contacted by customer services who asked whether I would like another, I opted for a refund instead as I had to purchase a different one in the meantime. Does what it is supposed to do

This harness is so easy to use. Even I love it, beside my pugs. You just pop it over dogs head. The strap goes on between shoulder and neck so it doesn't pull on your dogs throat.The second strap goes under the belly towards dogs hind legs and fastens at the side so it doesn't cause any discomfort to your dog.There are red buttons on the fasteners to lock them for safety while in use.I also like the fact that the coloured section is just on the top of harness because when it continues under the belly, it gets so dirty and has to be washed frequently.The colours are vibrant and have a hexagonal self pattern on it. I bought two, the 'Rose' and 'Light Blue'.I think they are waterproof too! Good price too.I was struggling so much with harnesses that you have to put dogs front legs in first to get it onto your dog! Would certainly buy again.

I like the shape,reflectivness,the geab handle on top & most of all the smallness the neck size goes too & the bigger size of the back i have a chi-chi & its very hard to find a harness to fit. This is still a little bit of room around the neck but not enough that she can bring her paws through as with other xs harnesses that either fit her neck & not her tummy or are just too small the small don't fit her neck size.so thankyou great Harness really 😊 happy.

The sizing says inches but it’s actually cm. An inch is more than twice the size of a cm, so even though I measured my dog it’s far from the correct size. I bought XXS and reordered a medium, I have a 13-week old Cavapoo.

I bought three of these for my dogs, 2 small and.1 medium. I have three shih tzus, the small ones are perfect but the medium I just find the strap for the neck is a bit too wide, would be easier if you could tighten it a bit more, but my dogs is perhaps between sizes, they are reflective and they come with a lead. I'm using them a few weeks and I'm happy with them so far

it is light and sturdy, BUT it is a pain to put and remove from your dog. (The design has the locks in the wrong places, making it hard to fit and remove from your pet)
