Excellent book, it explains all needed knowledge not only for beginners.

This is a very technical handbook that can help you make great vinegar for home use, or set up a small business. Even with my Health Science, home-brewing, and cider-making background, I found some sections quite dense. That is not a bad thing in my opinion though, quite to the contrary.

Great book, well put together and organized information on everything you need to know about basic vinegar making.
