I recently had surgery causing myself to only be able to breathe through my mouth. During the day it wasn't that big of a deal- I drank water! But at night... I'm not drinking water, I'm sleeping! When I would wakeup in the middle of the night this spray was my lifesaver! Or when I slept through the night and my tongue had cracks in it and felt like sandpaper when I woke up... Biotene to the rescue! Turning my tongue back to normal in just a few sprays! My one thing that I would say to warn others about this is that if you're expecting a thin, nice, mist type of spray, that is not what this is. It shoots out in just a straight line. It makes sense because it is mostly glycerin. To anyone worried about the taste or flavor: I hate peppermint and to any of my other peppermint haters who are wary when purchasing any mint type product, I can assure you that this is a very neutral mint. No distinguishable peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen... nada. To those who may be worried about the strength of the mint- it's very very mild not overpowering like say Listerine is.

I bought this for my grandmother that uses fake teeth and she loves it. She has it in her purse, and whenever she feels her mouth is dry (because she can't produce as much saliva as a young person), she sprays her mouth and feels fine. The size of the bottle is quite practical also.
