right the first time i put it on my knee it took hours to warm up and i could only stand it for about an hr n half ,i was scared it was going to blister my skin ,but i pealed it off and it only took a few mins for my knee to fully cool down ,i braved them again next day on both knees ,the heat came quicker like only a few hrs and they got red hot ,but i kept them on as long as i could cos it did take some of the pain away ,it was easier for me to get up and down ,and today i have them on again and they heated up within a couple of hrs ,ive still got them on a few hours later ,they do work to an extent ,ive ordered some more today tho so they must be doing something right ✅

adhesion very goodwarmth oh so itchy and hot! not sure like that!I cut these in to four due to the heat! used on knee, back , hand etc..helped with pain but too itchy for me! too strong! pity as if it wasn't itchy would have ordered more! 😕

I just used one patch, after 5 min I had to remove it, my skin was too red and burning like hell. It took more than one hour to return to normal. Believe it’s normal glue used for paper that’s on the patch. I am a regular user for years for small patches for pain relief, and I never had any irritation from them.

Seems to work well with the knee pain, very sticky so stays on well all day

They do relieve pain for a while, some heat sensation. However they roll up at the sides and do not relieve your pain for any more than a couple of hours. Also no instructions inside packaging and writing on front us in Chinese!

These adhere to the skin rea5qell & warmed the area, receiving pain. However..... after about an hour o experienced extreme burning sensation and had to remove.

I suffer from arthritis, when I first got the patches I thought it wouldn't work. But trust me when I used it, I did feel a considerable amount of relief and I haven't stopped using it. I have to restock as my friends keep taking mine. This product is great.
