We really appreciate the high quality and absorbency of Always cotton pads. I became allergic to all other non-cotton pads about 10 years ago. No one needs a rash there! My female family members only use Always cotton because they are comfortable, clean and don't bunch up. We use all the sizes between all our different needs

the best pads i’ve yet to try. a lot of pad tend to irritate me or cause bad smell when mixed with blood but these don’t . this are very sensitive and they are the best for heavy periods

These are the best, at first it seemed like they might be too thin, but amazingly they work great. A big positive too is that they are fully cotton and do not have the cancer causing chemicals that most pads contain.
