I actually ordered these by accident but at the same time had a colonoscopy coming up so I figured why not, I'll try them out since they're here already. Deff effective, that's for sure.

The hospital told my to take two Senokot a day after open heart surgery to help with my hard stool, for a while It did help, after 9 years I am still taking them an my stool is hard as a rock, so why am I still taking them! I don't know.
