Well, not sure how much of a slick look you are looking for. But this does add some shine to your hair without a heavy feeling, and a little goes a long way. Probably for shoulder length hair, two dabs the size of a dime should be enough.

It smells so good, its a light almost flowery smell. It does not leave your hair feeling heavy at all! I love this product!!!
