I came online just to reorder another bottle of cherry force extract. I'm reviewing after close to a year's use from a single bottle. I bought this for the anti-inflammatory benefits to be added into smoothies or taken sublingually during times where I felt my inflammation and pain were up. On that point, regardless of whether it was the tart cherry extract itself, or some combination of the other things I took at the same time, this ingredient was a part of an antioxidant blend which genuinely relieved inflammation symptoms I had in my back, shoulders, digestive system, thinking, and mood. Second point, I came for the health benefits, but it has become a go-to for taste enhancement! A few drops of this into pretty much anything, renders a sweet, cherry flavor that is perceptible and lovely! I put it into more and more things when I need a fruity undertone, and it works perfectly. Getting another bottle before I hit the bottom of my current one-- it's a worthwhile addition to my routines and my kitchen spice rack.

a natural cherry extract. just as described in the advertisement. i think this is a quality product. the quantity size of the product is very small. and it comes with a eye-dropper.

As a kidney transplant recipient I have to be very careful with what supplements I use - if any. When I had a horrible flare up of gout I called my doctor and he immediately told me to buy tart cherry juice rather than have to take additional medications. When I brought him this bottle to look at he gave me the go ahead to use it as it truly has no "fillers" to worry about interacting with my medications. After about two days of using this (twice a day at first) the pain, for the most part, had gone away. There was still some minor stiffness but the stabbing pain was no longer present. I am about 1/2 way through my first bottle and have already ordered a 2nd bottle. As long as this keeps working (and I don't have to take medications) I will keep using it. I do ask people though to always check with their doctors first before taking any supplements to be assured there are no contraindications.
