It is quite convenient to be able to park this eraser anywhere on my magnetic glass whiteboard while I am working. It erases well too.

Glass boards require stronger magnets due to the fact that the magnetic surface need to penetrate the glass. Therefore, a lot of magnetic products may not stick to a glass board. This is partly why I got this eraser. I subtracted one star, because where the eraser does stick to the board, it does not stay in place. When placed upon the board, the eraser slides down. The only way to keep it from falling off the board is to let it test upon the marker tray, or have a board with a frame around it that is large enough for the eraser to rest on. The magnetism is strong enough to keep the eraser on the board. Just not strong enough to keep it from falling downward. So if you do not have a frame around your board, and you do not have a shelf for markers on your board, the eraser will just slide down, and then fall to the floor once it leaves the board's surface. The eraser does stay on the board if it can be prevented from sliding by resting upon something to interrupt the slide. With that said, I do doubt that it would be possible to find an eraser that will stay in place. With all that said, I have no doubt that this eraser will stay in place on a regular white board that is not glass. There are many positives to this eraser to offset the one minor negative. The shape of the eraser I Find unique, and quite important to functionality. The two ends of the eraser narrow down to a point. I find this great to erase small lines of text. Where, the center of the eraser expands to the size of a regular eraser, which is great to erase a greater amount of text. The eraser comes with the black erasing surface out. This is the side you will use to do everyday erasing. It works very well, and there is no need to go over the same spot twice. You can pull the bottom part off easily, which will reveal a blue side to the eraser. Flipping this around, and using the blue side will clean up the board. It will get rid of any streaks, or residue. I feel it is a great addition to a white board that is made of glass. The eraser itself feels like it is of good quality, and should last quite a long time.

I used this just yesterday, my board had been sitting for 3 weeks, erased no big deal. I have a glass whiteboard with markers and this eraser all branded and they just work and looks amazing. It's so easy to use this and because it's magnetized, you just erase and leave it where it is or put it over to the side of the board. It's always there, you never lose it and it stays cleaner, no dust getting all over it. It's also a little larger than normal so it's really easy to grab and get a lot erased at once. I highly recommend it. I've used a TON of whiteboards and erasers at all different levels over the past 15+ years and this is by far my favorite so far.

I only spent the extra expense for the magnetic element and very disappointed that the glass whiteboard is not magnetic at all. Does NOT work with the quartet glass whiteboard!! Whiteboard glass has no magnetic element!

The eraser itself is fine. It does the job and has both microfiber and traditional dry eraser included. However the internal magnet is lacking in strength. I have a black glass quartet 3'x2' board that it barely sticks to. You would think that being the same company they would make sure their products work seamlessly together. Overall a nice looking all in one eraser which I use, but I had to buy extra magnets to put behind my board in order to make it stick.

Was looking for a small eraser to keep in the storage tray of my glass quartet board and this popped up. Works great, but it's about 1/3 the length of the board so definitely not fitting in the tray. It's magnetic so I stuck it to the neck of my computer monitor stand and works well there. Overall it does the job well, just wish it was 1/2 the size for easier storage.

A little bit pricey but works perfect!
