I recently ordered this supplement, and I’ve got to say, it’s been an interesting experience! It’s easy to take, and I noticed some effects pretty quickly! Mostly a boost in energy and focus during the day, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The quality seems solid, and it’s convenient to add into my routine.But here’s the wild part, if I take it too close to bedtime, it gives me the craziest dreams with incredible night sweats! I’m talking vivid, movie-like scenes that I can’t even begin to explain. They can be a bit large to swallow, so I take them with a big gulp of water, and they go down with no issues. I have been taking one a day for a week so far and I've noticed a significant boost in my energy throughout the day, and my nights have become incredibly satisfying I fall asleep pretty easily and sleep the whole night through—I wake up feeling genuinely energized and refreshed.However, I must mention that if taken on a half-empty stomach, there's a chance of experiencing some questionable tasting burps. It's a minor drawback, but it's worth considering. Overall, the positive effects on my energy and sleep far outweigh this small inconvenience and I’m excited to see how my personal health changes once I have got through the whole bottle. This stuff is awesome. Highly recommend for fighting inflammation (which is what I mainly wanted it for).I've had pretty bad ezcema on my eyelids. Dry skin plus red patches that circle my eyes (think panda eyes... But red instead of black. Not nice).Hydrocortisone brings it down but it comes right back when I stop. What's more, it's also not a long term solution since it's damaging to the skin.I had a hunch the redness is inflammation, so tried turmeric... Which reduced a bit but not much.Then I heard about black seed oil. The ridiculous amount of scientific studies makes it sound like "nature's wonder drug", so I wanted to try it.Taken it now for a week and the ezcema redness is very nearly gone!Plus, I generally feel great too. My body is stronger and more energised.Since black seed oil has so many benefits, I'm pretty sure it's a great "daily protection" against any health issues. I'll keep using it for a very long time.And quality? Cant fault it. Cold pressed, all natural. And it's really easy to take too (no taste. The capsules are a decent size so some might struggle... But my hot tip is to put the capsule on your tongue... Fill your entire mouth with water and then take big gulps. You won't feel it go down).Definitely give this a try.

So after my most recent purchase, my capsules came and looked more like a fish oil colour.I’ve bought numerous tubs of this exact product and never come across the fish oil colour so I enquired with their customer service and expressed my concern and this is what they replied with:Hi S,Thanks for getting in contact and sorry for any concern caused by the colour of the oil.The colour of black seed oil can vary from batch to batch depending on how the seeds are pressed and filtered.We are now filtering the sediment from the oil after it is cold-pressed. This removes some of the dark particle matter as this was effecting the softgel from sealing and causing occasional capsule leaks.The oil quality is still the same high-strength oil from the same region which you can check if you cut open one of the capsules to taste the oil, it just contains less particle matter from the seeds which overall results in more oil in each capsule.If you have any more questions about this we would be happy to help.Best wishesCheryleInner Vitality

Very effective and cost efficient

I have been taking black seed oil for a long time now, I believe to be more than a year. It has helped me clear my skin, helped me with bowel movements and my overall health. It tastes okay, smells okay not a strong smell. When you consume them you may burp like 2-3 times and thats it. Me and my family will definitely continue drinking them. Highly recommended.

They repeat on me after about an hour leaving me with the black seed oil taste in my mouth ect 😒 though they'd bypass that in capsule form 🤢
