Just installed, so don't know how long it will last. But everything SUPERB so far.
The box has a sticker with the batch number, the model number, and cites the 200-day guarantee; everything you need to know. A list of "how to" / "do and don't do" instructions are on another side of the box. Inside is the lamp in excellent packaging, the warranty card, a glove (!!!) so you don't get greasy fingers on the bulb, a small screwdriver so you don't have to guess what to get from your toolbox. The warranty card asks you to email them and says they'll increase the warranty to 365 days if you do. On the bottom of the lamp, you see the screw that screwdriver fits. The other screw on the bottom of the lamp - one you're not supposed to touch - is fully tightened and requires a hex-head. That's PERFECT, as it's easy otherwise to mix up the two screws when you're removing an old lamp from your projector, just like I did (because my old lamp wasn't as well thought out as this new one is). And the screw you ARE supposed to use to mount the lamp in the projector has a clip washer on it so it won't fall out - like my old one did when I removed the old lamp today. My projector is ceiling mounted and so upside down, so it's easy to drop the screw, like I did, when uninstalling. In short, these folks must have A) Actually installed one of their bulbs and B) cared enough to provide EVERYTHING you need and eliminate "Oops!" BTW, "Oops" is my middle name sometimes. And this lamp was very reasonably priced. I would like to give this lamp six stars, but the top rating is 5 stars. Fingers crossed for a long life; that 365-day is reassuring.

Bulb died within 5 months and very few hours
The bulb worked just fine when I installed it. No problems whatsoever. However, just less than 5 months and with not many hours of use, it just died.

Good Brightness, poor electrical connection; Great customer Service
I've had the chance to try out 3 of these lamps, so it will be a relatively longer review.First the lamp is non-OEM for 1/4th the cost so you get what you pay for. You get the housing + the lamp. I wasnm't going to spend 200 bucks on a 9 year old projector so decided to give this a try.LAMP#1: My order was delivered promptly; The lamp was well packaged and Installation was a breeze. Here are my thoughts (comparison with original projector bulb with ~1200 hrs on it)- Brightness is very similar or slightly higher than my original lamp- It takes about a minute to 1.5 minutes to heat up and get up to full brightness. My original lamp warms up in less than 10 secs. This is a non-issue for me as the fully warm brightness and colours are comparable. The issue I encountered was electrical arcing (spark) when the projector was turned on; I'd hear this audible arcing and 2 out of 3 times, the projector would indicate a lamp fault. Unplugging the electrical supply and restarting typically allowed the lamp to turn on, with reduced arcing at the start. After about 20 hours of use, I decided to investigate. What I found (see photo) was that the connector pins are smaller in diameter than the original lamp so, the connector is loose in the housing, causing arcing and the pins turning black.I contact the seller. Was promptly answered and told that a replacement is being shipped.LAMP#2: I got the replacement. On installing, I found it had the same issue of loose pins. I used nose pliers and crimped the pins a bit and got a snug fit. I turned on the projector and the lamp turned on without any arcing. However, as it warmed up, the colours started fading and going crazy on me and then the lamp just shut off.I hurriedly shut off the projector. Luckily the lamp did not explode. Seems like I got a defective lamp this time.At this point, I decided to return the lamp for a refund since I was more worried about damaging the projector. In hindsight, I should have crimped the pins on the 1st lamp as that lamp was excellent as far as colours and brightness (after warmup) are concerned.LAMP # 3. The seller contacted me and asked why I had returned the lamp. I told them the reason and the seller said that they'll send me a free lamp even after I have returned the product to Amazon. I got the 3rd bulb. Had the same issue of loose pins; I crimped them to get a snug fit and then against my good judgement of not taking a risk with the projector, turned it on.No electrical arcing occurred and the lamp came to full brightness after about a minute+. Colours when fully warm, are excellent with good brightness. I have now put about 100+ hours on the lamp and have no issues.Summary:If you can live with the slow warmup and can crimp the connector pins to get a snug fit, then this is an inexpensive replacement lamp.Customer service is top notch so 5 stars for that. They also want you to like their FB page, leave a 5 star review to get a $15 refund or a free lamp; I don't think that's ethical but who am I to judge.Hope this helps you in deciding for yourself.

It works as expected from the start
Just slightly tight on the length of it to get the bulb screw whole aligned when inserting, a little pressure and done.Does what you expect, brightness fine (I'd have to have original side by side to tell), warm up is a little longer, like maybe a minute to get to full brightness, a nothing burger.Really have been over the moon with the projector since I got it. This is the first time I changed a bulb on a projector I had and for two reasons. This is the first I have been totally satisfied with even being 8 years old and yes this is the first bulb change I've done. The previous 2 projectors I had were in times where projectors while still good, had quite a bit of improvement to do and each gen I owned has been just that. So I was giddy to find an under $50 dollar bulb w/fixture replacement, back then it was more like a $250 replacement. So this time I went change bulb vs a new projector, which to upgrade to where I'd want to go next would be around $1100.Edit: Months later, still going strong, it is slightly dimmer than the stock bulb, but with projectors that is possible to be a good thing. Use it daily for ~2 hours on avg. Still super happy with that price!Edit: Feb 24 1 year, same remarks as the month later edit. Use it daily for a couple hours, value.

I’m at my 3 months and bulb is consistently shutting off projector every 15 min
Bulb worked ok for the first month stated there was 180 day warranty I’m at my 3 months and bulb is consistently shutting off projector every 15 min probably due to heat emitted from bulb being to hot. I used another aftermarket bulb before and did not have this issue.

Same As Original Lamp
The lamp had an original Osram bulb which was the same as the original lamp. The picture quality was just as good as origanal lamp. Was able to get 2985hrs out of that lamp. The lamp was package great and had all instructions included. Easy to install only one screw. Bulbs also came with a mini screwdriver for that screw. Great bulb.
