Love this supplement combo as it gives the daily amount that I need for D3. The magnesium is sufficient and really helps me to relax and sleep at night. Tumeric is a plus too for inflammation and immunity. Will definitely purchase again.

Easy to swallow. Helped with pain relief over all. Headaches and body aches. I would not take these at night because of the Vit D3 , I think it interferes with my sleep quality considering D gives natural energy. Over all quality is great! Keep in mind though, type of magnesium taken helps your GI system so it can be used as a probiotic too ! Plus for me.

I deal with hormonal acne & debilitating hormonal migraines due to a hormonal imbalace. I use supplements to rebalance along with diet, I do not like using birth control or spironolactone to balance hormones. I believe that doing that artificially will leave you worse off in the long run, especially when you stop them. For now, I've been taking, on a daily basis, probiotics to help gut health where our entire immune system is qued from, tumeric for it's anti-inflammatory & other benefits, asthaxantin for it's anti-inflammatory & hormone balancing benefits, liver detox supplements, like dandelion, milk thistle & burdock root, to help rid my body of excess hormones, rhodiola rosea to help with excess cortisol levels & insulin intolerance, fish oil for healthy omega 3 fatty acids, shatavari for hormone balancing (especially androgen lowering), & last but not least Magnesium! I love that this product combines magnesium with tumeric, plus the Vit D3. I have used DIM, Vitex, spearmint, saw palmetto, cordyceps, etc all for their their ability to help balance hormones (via free testosterone eliminating, prevention of it's conversion to the 3x stronger dihydrotestosterone, estrogen balancing, or progesterone balancing, etc) & none were beneficial specifically for me. I've found the combo of supplements I use now gives me the best results along with a good diet. Remember when supplementing magnesium you may also need to supplement calcium & zinc (& I do regularly), they can compete for absorbtion against each other. I saw another reviewer mentioned that 500mg is too high of a dose & could be dangerous. The reviewer stated he had read on webMD that a much lower dose was safe daily. In reality 310-420mg is the RDA for adults. Taking 500mg a day is perfectly safe for most adults. The additional mgs greatly benefit my acne & hormonal imbalance. I would always recommed speaking with your Dr however, especially if you are taking medications or other supplements just to make sure nothing will interfere with each other. If you are worried about the dose, take for a day & monitor how you feel. Your body is very good about letting you know what it can handle. I cannot take zinc over a certain mg or it makes me very nauseous. I only removed a star because the pills are quite large & a bit annoying to swallow. If you have issues taking pills these might not be for you. I wouldn't call them "horse pills" but they're approaching that level. I will continue ordering this product because i find it effective & priced well. I have not had issues with opened products or missing pills, but if I did I would stop buying this. Anything going inside my body better not be tampered with.

Part of my morning routine. Excellent. Pill size is a little large but thats no issue for me - just a heads up.

Before my period, I usually get very depressive symptoms. I could always tell i was going to get my period soon because of how bad my mood would get. Sometimes it would be even up to a 1/1.5 week before my period. I also struggle with anxiety. I did research to help combat all of that and came across magnesium aiding in both...also I read that it helps energize you more in your workouts and reduces muscle soreness related to workout. Im not sure if its placebo or not, but I notice all of the benfits with these! The tummeric is a plus bc tummeric also provides many benefits. I do notice if I stop taking them, my energy levels are a bit off and PMS gets bad again!! I take this after I eat along with a B12 supplement. Id like to add that I also am a pretty healthy individual that pays attention to my diet ! If you focus on a healthier lifestyle and add supplements like these, I think you will notice effects!
