I have been taking these since August and I noticed my sinuses have calmed down a lot, meaning inflammation. I have awful sinuses issue affecting gm ears, nose and balance from allergies. These helped a lot where I am not constantly on a decongestant. Def give a try and give it time, take it everyday. I take two pills a day and if my sinuses are bothering me a bit more I take 3.

Great value

Based on recommendation of a national doctors' consortium, I used this in combination with vitamins C, D, and zinc to get rid of a bug that has been going around. I had tried regular quercetin but it didn't seem to do much of anything. This form is more absorbable, and I could really feel a difference with it. Besides helping immune system function, it does other things such as lowering inflammation and helping to recycle vitamin C.

I find this form to be better absorbed than other forms
