Q: Should this problem have a seal or any sort of plastic for safety?

Mine had a plastic seal around the outside of the product, not on the inside. Have purchased from different locations over the years and it has always been this way.

The ingredients for our Almond & Milk Hand Cream are as follows: prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, water, beeswax, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, kaolin, fragrance*, tocopherol, nonfat dry milk, carrageenan, glycine soja (soybean) oil, stearic acid, glucose, sodium borate, sodium chloride, citric acid, sucrose, lactoperoxidase, glucose oxidase, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, potassium iodide, potassium thiocyanate, eugenol, linalool *Natural fragrance. Q: Can I use this on my extremely dry face?

I'm not sure about this, you might wanna ask Burts Bee. I tried once on my dry and eczema face, it is okay, though the soothing effect does not last long

As far as I can tell. It's a error on the listers part. If this is a Amazon seller and not directly from them it could be a error on the listing.
