Actually the product may be good but it didn’t work for me. I have calcification and use to have a lot of pain while walking. I bought this orthopedics to help me but it was of no use. Thankfully Amazon refunded and that’s why I give 5 starts.

He empezado a tener problemas con el espolón y la verdad esta plantilla es mi salvadora. Naturalmente las uso con botas ya que la elevacion es bastante y no se podria usar con zapatos a bajo del tobillo.
