I love the taste of Tahini and use it to dress salads - thinned down with water and lemon juice it perks up an ordinary green salad: thinned down with water and with parsley added it is wonderful with fish. And of course for making your own humous.

I absolutely love this paste and was so pleased to finally find it on Amazon.Sadly I didn’t realise until after I had purchased that both a pack of 2 or a tub twice the size are available from other sellers for only 50p more!!
