Waste of money

Finishing is Required.
The media could not be loaded. Needs more focus on Finishing (casting marks must be sanded). Also, too heavy.

Good product and fairly priced.
It is quite heavy. Brought this for dual purpose, for making omelette and to toast bread. I have only an induction stove. I usually set the stove at minimum wattage to pre heat, and then slowly heat it up. The center gets hot really fast, so keeping at minimum wattage helps distribute the heat. Initially the black coating was coming off, but it seems to be vegetable oil. Stays hot for a very long time. After usage, use a mild soap solution to wash the surface, apply vegetable oil, wrap it in a plastic cover and store it. I never toasted bread in induction stove, was very happy with the results.

Good product but needs care and maintenance
Rough surfaces and gets rusty if not maintained as it is cast iron. Needs regular use to be seasoned.

Fish fry didn't stick at all.
I purchased this pan specifically for frying fish. Initially, I was a bit unsure, wondering if the fish might stick to the surface. To my surprise, it didn’t stick at all during the first use. As a precaution, I seasoned the pan with onion beforehand. I’m really happy with the product—highly recommended!P.S. If there’s any change after the second use, I’ll share an update.
