I love this product! I plan to order more. I grind it and brew it in my french press.

I began eating healthier about 5 years ago. Using seeds, nuts, and berries in my diet was new to me. I learned that I really enjoyed eating these types of foods, that they tasted good and were much healthier than other snacks I used to eat. They are great in salads and when making my own nut and seed bars. Love the fact the sugar content is low. Great value for my money!

Wow wow wow! Holy cow Batman, these are delicious! No offense to anyone else, but people that rate these nibs as bad, they didn't get the same ones that I received. These near project, and bittersweet. Using one word to describe them "delicious." I ordered the 2 pound bag and glad I did. Don't know what decision you're going to make, but I made the very right decision. If you're like me, you're reading all over the web trying to decide which needs to buy if you're like me, you were reading all over the web trying to decide which nibd to buy. Well, no one paid me to write this, but I surely would've taken a free bag – but I didn't and these are absolutely undeniably delicious; you can't go wrong with these. Don't tell anyone, but after trying this first batch, and again, don't tell anyone, I ordered a second bag because the expiration dates ate long and the price is excellent. I did me, now do you. I gave you my comments, so now it's up to you. August 13, 2017 update: these are the best tasting nibs you'll ever taste. Anyone saying anything negative about the taste of these nibs, they didn't understand what they were buying. This is not A Hershey sweet chocolate bar. If you've never tried nibs or looking to upgrade, you can stop Lookin this is the one. No one paid me I'm trying to help someone out that's looking for a good high-quality nibs. You can't and you won't go wrong with these nibs.

Honestly did not know what to expect, but these nibs were suggested for us to use in home made chocolate chip ice cream....Nope. Spent extra buying the brand suggested, and it as was near the cost of some others and thought as it might make a difference I’d be worth it to get the recommended one... Well, when first opened the bag there was not the expected great yummy smell, but more of sad industrial kind of one. My daughter snuck some to munch on, like you’d do with chocolate chips, made a very sad face and spit them out trying to scrub her teeth with a napkin - so thinking it might be just because they are plain without sweetness I popped some in my mouth.....didint last as long as her before spitting it out all while wondering just what the heck had I put in my mouth. After a short convo we decided to only use it in a small portion of the ice cream to see if the taste changed...although it added a kind of crunch, there no rich chocolate payoff as with store bought, and it wasn’t overly hard like when when we tried chopped chocolate chips - but that not tasting quite right - what the heck is this - not a good thing was now throughout the ice cream as well, as even the dog, who if we let him would eat all of anything, slurped up the sample we made with it - but somehow left all of the nibs behind in or around his bowl, like a not so fancy magic trick. We’ve given up on the use of nibs, as contrary to the many rave reviews - between the off putting smell and nasty taste -for us- we were unable to decide why anyone would want this in food that was intended to be yummy.
