I cant believe that this eye pencil is better than Prestige eye pencil which i bought for 5 times the price.. I wore it 6 hours ago and during that time i took a nap and washed my face, guess what? No smearing No smudging and No Panda eyes , for 20 dirhams , seriously , wow!

Stayed 24 hours. Very easy to apply. I love it. I have bought a lot of eye pencils with different brands. Some will not stay long and most of them will smudge. But honestly, Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer Eyeliner, stayed 24 hrs and did not smudge at all. I just loved it. I even used it as lip liner. Amazing. I will definitely will order a few more. Worth for money.
