These cabin air filters are an upgrade from the OEM filters - beefier and added charcoal. Watched You Tube for the how-to. Had a tough time yanking out the glove box, but it finally came out. The filters fit snugly, but with no problem latching the front cover back on. Will stick with this brand from now on and change every 15K miles. Note: there is 'charcoal' in the name of the product, but this is NOT the 'charcoal filter' that goes beneath the glove box, this product is the cabin air filter that fits behind the glove box.

Good fit into my 1998 Mercedes E320 (W210). Installation without issues, if one knows what he needs to do and where to install these cabin filter inserts. I cannot tell anything about the filter quality though.
