I take this Ener-C at least once a week for health benefits and hydration. It is difficult to find a sugar-free Vitamin C packet, so I was very happy to find this one. The taste is great, it is easy to use, and it is effective in giving me energy, helping maintain my health, and keeping me hydrated. I'm very pleased with the quality of this product and its price point.

No sugar tastes just as good. Great to have around as a backup for traveling, hiking or just if you just need electrolytes.

Been using emergen-c for years, helps me drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning and also pack in a multi-vitamin. My nutritionist reminded me that I’m ingesting a ton of sugar with them so I stopped. Finally they have an amazing tasting sugar free option! Lemon is super tangy and tart and not too sweet and doesn’t taste artificial. Orange is great too. This will be my new daily morning go-to! AND cost effective! Def recommend.

For a Type 1 Diabetic as me, it is a very good way to have the amount of Vit C I need daily. Good flavor and good price. No Sugar is a plus!

The moment I feel a scratch in my throat or something tingling in my nose like I'm getting a cold. I go ahead and take 2 to 3000 mg of vitamin C. In whatever form that I have these come in handy so well. Because they don't have any sugar and if I need to take 3 packs in one setting. I'm not getting all that sugar intake. And by the morning, I feel perfect.

This stuff is way better than emergen-C! It has lots of additional vitamins in comparison, has a nice little effervescence, but isn't overwhelming. I drink it before, after, sometimes during workouts to stay hydrated and have a little flavoured water.

Great for early cold prevention and for upping your vitamin C intake. I will take this when I am also feeling low energy.
