SO FREAKIN COOL. So many color options. Easy to mount. More then enough cable to connect. Use an add-a-fuse. I hid the receiver really well out of sight under panels, and I can be as far as 10ft no problems remote works well. The remote works best with a cr2023 battery. So far the adhesive mount works great, but there is a screw mount option too. Nilight has pretty good customer service. I needed a part for another product and they sent it no problem. Fits perfect in my 3rd gen tacoma longbed. Also, the power draw is minimal. With a healthy battery this could be on for hours no problem. I think I left it on for 2-3 hours and had no starting issues at all.

I ran a cable from my battery, to the bed of my truck along the same path as my vehicle's wiring harness. Soldered, and sealed the connections, then sealed the controller box for good measure. I put the controller box behind the driver side tail light housing, then routed the wiring down along the through already existing gaps and ports near my tailgate. I routed the passenger side along the vehicle harness for the passenger tail light, to the controller behind the driver tail light. Then I affixed the led strips under the rail system my 2019 Tacoma, double cab, long bed came equipped with. The leds are VERY bright, go along with music via vibrations, and have some pretty color light effects. I mainly need a bright white for every day use, and red for when I am camping so I don't disturb others. They serve this perfect very well. I may order a seperate set and set it up to alternate red and green with this set during the holidays. Very good quality. Very affordable price. Took less than 15 minutes to install even with my minor modifications. I used clear silicone aquarium sealant to seal up the controller box since it is a rather light, somwhat open to the elements box.

Great working lights, have used them everyday in the bed of my truck. In the snow, rain and driving down the highway they stay right in place and I have never had a problem with them at all. I would actually like to get another one so that they are brighter. Definitely would buy again. They work great.

This was a great product when first installed. The lights were bright and the remote worked great. Althought the control box would make the lights shut off or even not work at all. This would be a great product if the box was more durable.

Edit: the control box that connects to the battery melted after 1 summer. Between this and the faulty color problem I wouldn't recommend these. So the install is pretty easy, I only wish the extension cord was longer because I could only hook up 1 side, the side my battery was on. My real problem with them is there's supposed to be 8 colors and only 3 work. Red, Blue and Purple. Orange and yellow are red, green just shuts it off. Blue and cyan are the same blue, and purple and white are both purple. The lights are cool but I'm a bit disappointed with getting less than what was described.

I have these fantastic lights installed in the bed of my truck, and I absolutely love them! They can be easily controlled using my phone or the included remote, which adds a lot of convenience. The brightness is impressive; they illuminate the area brilliantly when turned up, and I can also dim them to create a softer ambiance when needed. Worked great at first. Bright lights, great colors, but the control box quit working properly. Can't get full brightness now, Yellow and white don't work
