There are many times that I need something much stronger than the typical "duct" tape... though I cannot have enough of this around... The Gorilla "duct" tape is so strong that it cannot be "torn" from the roll as with regular "duct" tape... you need a knife... even a scissors does not really do the job. So far after lengthy use seems to hold up much better than regular, grey duct tape. Also seems to be much more "weather-proof" ie water resistant as well as heat resistant. Although it probably would not work too well for lengthy periods under water this is the tape to "keep your head above water"...Ha! Ha!

Gorilla tape is the perfect tape for those hard to fix items. It’s super strong, tacky and very water resistant. Great outdoors and stands up to weather. Highly recommend.

I've been a fan of Gorilla products and this one in particular is one I always come back to. Its adhesive quality is unmatched even when used outdoors, I've used it to temporarily patch up holes until I can get to them after the rains stop. It's thicker and stronger than duct tape is and you will find many uses for it so don't think you'll never use up this much tape, you can and you will. A staple to have in your toolbox for those emergencies when you need something good and you need it now, not having to drive to the store to get it.
