Extremely disappointed. Despite the high price tag and Milton’s reputation, this product fails to keep heat for even 4 hours. It doesn't live up to its claims, and I've lost trust in the brand. Don’t be swayed by the name; famous brands clearly aren't prioritizing quality or customers anymore. I’d recommend choosing a lesser-known brand that actually delivers on quality over a famous one that doesn't.
