Better audio than expected...
The sound on these is better than I expected.As is the reduction of external noise.Unfortunately, the plugs are a little too large for my ear canals making them very uncomfortable too quickly.The left speaker crackles and cuts out when the cable moves too and it did this right out of the box.

I wish i could contact the manufacturers
These earplugs are incredible. Truly a life saver although there is one BIG downside. During each 8 hour shift at work the music will just stop, although my mobile phone is still playing my music i hear nothing. If i hold the power button down all I get is one beep and then, nothing they won't power on at all. It seems if i plug them into the charger for a second and the red charging light comes on they somehow reset. I'm at work on break and they have done this 3 times tonight. Like i said I'm really in love with these earbuds but i cannot figure out why they keep doing this. I've tried to find where i can contact customer service but no luck. I would rate 5 stars but it's a pain to keep having to slip away just to plug them in for a second.
