great value
super grateful the 1lb pair were available locally. They are a little slippery for outdoor summer use in UAE, I just added some tennis overgrip. My shoulders are feeling so much better in just a couple sessions. I can bench 225 lbs and still get great value out of a 1 lb pair. I would recommend EVERYONE try indian clubs for mobility and strengthening small stabilizer muscles everywhere which get left behind in traditional lifts.

Los Synergee Indian Clubs son muy prácticos, resistentes, bonitos y prácticos para continuar aprendiendo en el manejo de los mismos. Me gusta que sean hechos de polipropileno, ojalá y hubiera de pesos más grandes con el mismo material. 100% recomendables. Voy a hacer roncha con el dinero para comprar varios pares más.

These are great. I can see results from one month of using them. Always look forward to my next workout. I keep them in my car so I can use them when I go to a park or somewhere nice outdoors.
