Are these containers freezer/microwave safe?

I dont know for sure. I personally wont put any plastic in the microwave and definitely not aluminum caps. I don't trust them in the freezer either but I have never tried. Sorry, I hope you find a confident answer. All I can tell you with confidence is not to put caps in microwave.
