Just what I needed
I didn't buy this for travel but the item has a hard case, zipper all around, and a belt or bag clip and would be quite secure for those who do travel. It holds my cardia mobile nicely and sits on my kitchen table so it's close should I need it.

DOES NOT FIT KARDIA MOBILE!
This case does not provide much protection for your Kardia Mobile. Put the Kardia unit in the case, zip the case closed, and the unit just flops around loosely inside offering little more protection than a similarly sized cardboard box would. The "padding" (term used very loosely) in the case isn't thick enough to hold the Kardia in place when zipped closed, and theres no elastic strap. Don't waste your time or money on this case, it simply isn't well designed to protect the Kardia unit-- you'd be better off just using the box your Kardia came in.

instant ekg
Well the ad didn't say you need a good phone ( modern ). It also didn't say you had to pay $10 a month for the app! Very disappointing. had I known I would have looked at something else !

Great to quickly detect afib
I have chronic history of Afib, so I purchased this to confirm when I think I'm in Afib. and in fact, I did a test that showed my heart was in Afib, went to get an EKG from Kaiser, and it was accurate. Very useful you have heart issues. Sometimes I use it to make sure I'm in normal rhythm.

It was accurate in its reading.
I had the pleasure of going to the ER last night when having palpitations and not feeling well. The Kardio read Atrial Fibrillation, that was confirmed with the ER's EKG. I would have probably tried to wait it out to feel better at home but with the evidence in front of me, I decided to do the right thing and go to the hospital.
